大咖组团访湘！湘非携手解锁经贸合作新未来

From March 27 to 28, an economic and trade delegation consisting of senior executives from African financial institutions, leaders of mainstream media outlets, university think tank experts and representatives of well-known enterprises — who visited China for the 2026 Global South Financiers Forum — paid field visits to key industrial parks and leading enterprises across Hunan Province. The stops included Malanshan Video & Cultural Creativity Park, CRCC Heavy Industry, Zoomlion and the China-Africa Economic and Trade Headquarters Building. The inspection tour was designed to align with Africa’s development needs, explore new cooperation opportunities between Hunan and Africa, and further advance the development of the Pilot Zone for In-depth China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation.

3月27日至28日，来华参加2026全球南方金融家论坛的非洲多国金融机构高管、主流媒体负责人、高校智库专家及知名企业代表组成的经贸考察团，先后走访了马栏山视频文创产业园、铁建重工、中联重科、中非经贸大厦等湖南重点园区与龙头企业，旨在对接非洲发展需求，挖掘湘非合作新机遇，推动中非经贸深度合作先行区建设。

During the visit, African guests spoke highly of Hunan’s development model for digital cultural creativity and its strength in high-end equipment manufacturing. They noted that Hunan’s competitive edges can effectively address the bottlenecks constraining industrial development in Africa, while the province’s practical experience and advanced equipment offer valuable references and solid support for Africa’s growth. The delegation also held in-depth discussions on China’s new zero-tariff policy for Africa, which is scheduled to take effect this May. All participants agreed that the policy will open up broader market access for African products entering China. Meanwhile, both sides recognized the low added value of Africa’s export commodities as a structural challenge, and reached consensus on deepening two-way investment to tackle this issue in the future.

考察中，非洲嘉宾高度认可湖南的数字文创发展模式、高端装备制造实力，认为其能精准破解非洲产业发展痛点，相关经验和设备也为非洲发展提供了宝贵借鉴与支撑。考察团还热议今年5月即将生效的中国对非零关税新政，认为新政将为非洲商品进入中国市场打开广阔空间，同时双方也意识到非洲出口产品附加值偏低的短板，未来可深化双向投资补足这一问题。

In addition, financial services serve as a core bond connecting Hunan and Africa. Financial institutions including First Bank of Nigeria will provide comprehensive financial support for Hunan enterprises expanding their footprint in Africa. At present, Hunan-Africa cooperation has evolved beyond traditional trade and infrastructure construction to embrace industrial chain collaboration and digital integration. To date, more than 300 Chinese-funded factories have been established in Nigeria. 此外，金融服务作为湘非合作重要纽带，尼日利亚第一银行等机构将为湘企拓展非洲市场提供金融支撑，目前湘非合作已从传统贸易、基建升级至产业链共建与数字化协同阶段，尼日利亚已有超300家中资工厂落地。作为中非经贸深度合作先行区，湖南未来将与非洲在高端制造、数字经济等多领域深耕合作，推动项目落地，让合作成果惠及两地民众。
