二手“中国制造”何以赢得海外市场青睐

Changsha's construction machinery remanufacturing base in the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone is boosting the export of used engineering equipment! On March 17, a remanufactured unit upgraded from domestic second-hand machinery was shipped to Africa. Since its launch in 2025, the base has registered a total export volume of 860 million yuan to Asia, Africa, Russia and other regions worldwide.

Local enterprises including Huimeng Heavy Industry have pursued innovative development and developed multi-functional remanufactured machinery. Their products reach 90% of the performance level of brand-new equipment, while costing only 60% to 70% of the original price. Backed by Changsha's stringent remanufacturing standards, one-stop customs and tax services, and comprehensive overseas after-sales support, these cost-effective products have gained widespread recognition across the globe, achieving a far higher export growth rate than brand-new machinery.
