Fish fry released to improve water quality of Xiangjiang River

A public welfare environmental protection activity initiated by Changsha Yali High School was launched at Changhui Shipping Wharf, Kaifu District, Changsha City on May 19. With the help of teachers from the Hunan Provincial School Communist Youth League Masters' Studio, more than 100 student volunteers from Yali High School, Changjun High School, and other schools released over 20,000 fish fry into the Xiangjiang River. Adhering to the core concept of "Set Free a Fish, Purify an Expanse of Water", the event aimed to raise public awareness of river conservation and contribute to the improvement of the water quality of the Xiangjiang River.
