中马建交52周年 “湘马”深化文旅商贸合作

This year marks the 52nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia. On March 6, the "Let's Go! Malaysia" cultural, commercial, and tourism promotion conference was held in Changsha. During the event, government officials, business leaders, and representatives from the cultural and tourism sectors of both countries discussed opportunities for cooperation.

今年是中马建交52周年。3月6日，以“相约大马，商旅共赢”为主题的《玩转马来西亚》文商旅推介会在长沙举行。其间，中马两国政商、文旅界人士共话合作机遇。

Hunan Province has strengthened cooperation with Malaysia across cultural, tourism, commercial, and trade sectors in recent years. According to data from the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, Hunan-based enterprises such as CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive, Sany Group, and Hunan Construction Investment Group have actively expanded their presence in the Malaysian market. Bilateral trade between Hunan and Malaysia reached 36.5 billion CNY in 2023. Hunan has established 43 overseas investment enterprises in Malaysia, with a total contracted value of direct foreign investment amounting to 840 million USD.

湖南近年与马来西亚在文旅、商贸等领域开展了深入合作。湖南省商务厅资料显示，中车株机、三一重工、湖南建投等湘企深耕马来西亚市场，2023年“湘马”双边贸易额达365亿元人民币，湖南在马来西亚累计设立境外投资企业43家，对外直接投资中方合同额8.4亿美元。

2026 marks the start of the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign. Hunan Province and Malaysia have jointly launched the "Let's Go! Malaysia" series of cultural tourism communication projects and a special program on exploring Malaysia. Through immersive "travel buddy-style" experiences, these initiatives enable residents from both regions to gain deeper insights into each other's landscapes, culture, and people.

今年是马来西亚国家旅游年，湖南和马来西亚联合推出了《Let’s Go! Malaysia》系列文旅传播项目及相关旅游专题节目，通过“旅游搭子式”沉浸体验，让两地民众深入了解双方山水人文。

Major cooperative partners from Hunan and Malaysia formally signed a "Letter of Intent for Cultural, Tourism, Commercial, and Trade Cooperation" on the same day. "Hunan promotes its quality goods to Southeast Asia while also facilitating the entry of premium Malaysian products into the Chinese market," Zhou Zhangsheng, second-level inspector (deputy director-general level) of the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, said at the promotional event. He added that Hunan and Malaysia share high compatibility and strong complementarity in industrial development, with commercial and trade cooperation serving as a bond of friendship between the two sides. The commodity exhibition and business matchmaking platform established through this event aimed to enable both sides to leverage their respective strengths and complementary resources to create shared value.

当日，“湘马”双方重点合作单位正式签署了《文旅商贸合作意向书》。“湖南推动好物出海东南亚，也助力马来西亚优质产品进入中国市场。”湖南省商务厅二级巡视员周章生在推介会上说，湖南与马来西亚产业发展契合度高、互补性强，商贸合作是双方友好桥梁，本次活动搭建的商品展销、商业对接平台，就是要让双方的优质资源实现优势互补、价值共创。
