零关税来了，湖南与非洲经贸再提速！

Starting May 1, China will apply zero tariffs to 100% of taxable products from 53 African countries that have diplomatic relations with China.This is expected to inject new momentum into Hunan’s trade with Africa and further advance the development of the Pilot Zone for In-depth China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation.

5月1日起，中国将对53个非洲建交国实施零关税，覆盖100%税目产品。这也将为湖南对非贸易带来新利好，进一步推动中非经贸深度合作先行区建设。

Once the policy takes effect, more high-quality African products will enter the Hunan market, offering consumers greater choices.Meanwhile, industries such as advanced manufacturing and biomedicine will benefit from lower import costs and more efficient supply chains, helping enhance corporate competitiveness.

政策落地后，一方面，更多非洲优质产品将加速进入湖南，市民消费选择更丰富；另一方面，先进制造、生物医药等产业也将迎来更低进口成本和更优供应链，进一步提升企业竞争力。

Changsha Customs stated that it will continue to improve services to support policy implementation, promote higher-quality and larger-scale Hunan-Africa trade, and ensure more enterprises fully benefit from these policy incentives.
