厉害了!长沙“90后”设计师获世界可穿着艺术大赛最高奖
近日,被中外多家媒体称为“才华横溢的中国设计师”的刘轩成,带着金灿灿的奖杯与获奖证书,从新西兰首都惠灵顿回到家乡长沙。这是刘轩成第四次赴新西兰参加世界可穿着艺术大赛(World of WearableArt,简称WOW),并荣获大赛最高奖,新西兰总理克里斯托弗·拉克森为他颁奖。
Recently, Liu Xuancheng, who has been called a "talented Chinese designer" by many Chinese and overseas media, returned to his hometown of Changsha from Wellington, the capital of New Zealand, with a glittering trophy and a certificate of award. This was the fourth time that Liu had gone to New Zealand to participate in the World of WearableArt (WOW), and he won the top prize of the competition. He was presented the award by New Zealand's Prime Minister, Christopher Luxon.
“90后”刘轩成是土生土长的长沙人。他一直期盼着有机会参加有趣的WOW大赛。2016年,他带着自己设计制作的服装作品《Angry》首次参赛,从来自全球40多个国家和地区的数千件作品中脱颖而出,成为当年入围决赛的约100件作品之一。
Liu Xuancheng, born in the 1990s, is a native of Changsha. He had always been looking forward to having the opportunity to participate in the interesting WOW Competition. In 2016, he took his self-designed and self-made clothing work "Angry" to participate in the competition for the first time. He stood out from thousands of works from more than 40 countries and regions around the world and became one of the 100 works that qualified for the final that year.
