肖化胜：解决多场景除臭需求 做守护绿水青山的“生态卫士”

肖化胜是长沙环境保护职业技术学院 2016 届毕业生，他创立的湖南瑞智信环保科技有限公司以微生物复合菌剂为核心，集研发、生产和销售于一体。8 年时间里，公司从最初的 3 个人发展到现在的 60 余人，年产值超千万，成功在环保行业闯出了一条绿色之路。

Xiao Huasheng is a graduate of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational and Technical College in 2016. The Hunan Ruizhixin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. he founded focuses on microbial compound agents and integrates research and development, production and sales. In the past eight years, the company has expanded from three people at the beginning to over 60 people now, with an annual output value exceeding ten million yuan, and has successfully blazed a green path in the environmental protection industry.

肖化胜来自农村，家境普通，在创业初期，他的母校为其提供了免费场地和技术支持，由于在各种创新创业大赛中崭露头角，屡获佳绩，赢得的奖金成为了他创业初始资金。在望城区购买厂房时，当地政府在费用和行政审批等方面提供了不少便利，“真的特别感谢长沙为我们这些创业者提供了很多利好政策，让我少走了很多弯路。” 肖化胜说。

Xiao Huasheng came from a rural area and had an ordinary family background. In the early stage of starting his business, his alma mater provided him with free venues and technical support. Thanks to his outstanding performance in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, the bonuses he won became his initial funds for the business. When purchasing a factory in Wangcheng District, he was given by the local government many conveniences in terms of costs and administrative approvals. "I'm really grateful to Changsha for providing us entrepreneurs with a lot of favorable policies, which have saved me many detours," Xiao Huasheng said.

目前，该公司有一个环境生物技术研发中心和一个 500 多平方米的标准化生产厂房，针对不同场所散发的恶臭研发不同的除臭产品，有效应对多场景需求，公司产品遍布国内多个省份。肖化胜表示，他将继续坚持以产品为中心的经营理念，用产学研相结合的方式不断提升产品品质，做好守护美丽环境的 “生态卫士”。

Currently, the company has an environmental biotechnology research and development center and a standardized production plant covering an area of more than 500 square meters. It develops different deodorization products targeting the malodors emitted from different places to effectively meet the needs of multiple scenarios. The company's products are distributed in various provinces across the country. Xiao Huasheng said that he will continue to adhere to the business philosophy centered on products, continuously improve product quality by combining industry, academia and research, and be a good "ecological guardian" for protecting beautiful environment.
