9月26日，由中国人力资源开发研究会与多家权威机构合作完成的《2024年中国人才友好型城市研究报告》正式发布，长沙市入选“2024人才友好型城市”，并作为代表城市之一在发布会上作专题推介。《报告》指出，长沙在提供良好的人才发展生态方面表现亮眼，长沙人才发展生态指数居全国前十。
