我国首次进口！马达加斯加羊肉来长沙了

9月8日，一批产自非洲马达加斯加的冷冻羊肉在湖南长沙海关清关放行。这是我国首次从非洲进口羊肉产品，标志着非洲肉类产品输华取得阶段性成果。

A shipment of frozen mutton from Madagascar cleared customs at Changsha Customs in Central China's Hunan province on September 8, which marks the first time that mutton products have been imported from Africa into China, signifying a significant milestone in the export of African meat products to China.

这批马达加斯加羊肉共1000公斤，从马达加斯加搭载航班，空运至广州白云机场后，由汽车运输到长沙，全程约36小时。长沙海关关员对其实施了现场查验。

The shipment, consisting of 1,000 kilograms of mutton from Madagascar, was flown to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and then transported by road to Changsha, covering the entire journey in approximately 36 hours. Customs officers at Changsha conducted an on-site inspection of the shipment.

马达加斯加羊肉将进入省内外多家餐饮、商超等平台销售，给国内消费者带来更多优质肉类选择。

The Madagascarn mutton will be sold at various restaurants and supermarkets across Hunan, providing domestic consumers with more high-quality meat choices.

据长沙海关相关部门介绍，此次进口羊肉的加工生产商中马牧业（马达加斯加）有限公司，为袁氏种业高科技有限公司在当地投资建设，该公司也是湖南对非出口杂交稻种的主要企业之一。

According to the custom department, the meat was produced by a Madagascar-based animal husbandry company, not only an investment in Madagascar by Yuan's High-tech Seed Co., Ltd.,but also a key exporter of China's hybrid rice seeds to Africa.

袁氏种业高科技有限公司董事长袁定安表示，马达加斯加羊肉在中国市场上具有质量和价格的双重优势，公司预计3至5年内可实现每年对华出口羊肉2万吨。

Yuan Ding'an, the chairman of Yuan's High-tech Seed Co., Ltd., stated that Madagascan mutton has both quality and price advantages in the Chinese market. The company will be able to export 20,000 tons of mutton to China annually within three to five years.
